01

Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Nerli. By using the website or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Nerli.

If you use Nerli for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

02

What Nerli provides

Nerli helps nearby browsers discover one another and exchange files, links, and messages over a WebRTC connection. The service may use supporting infrastructure to introduce devices and establish the connection.

Nerli is not cloud storage, a backup service, or a guarantee that a transfer will complete. Features may change as the service develops.

03

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the devices, networks, content, and recipients involved in your transfers. Confirm the receiving device before sending and review incoming transfer details before accepting.

You must have the right to share the material you send. Keep your own backup of important files and use reasonable device and network security.

04

Acceptable use

Do not use Nerli to break the law, violate another person’s rights, distribute malware, harass or threaten anyone, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to a device or network.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect Nerli, its users, or the public.

05

Ownership

You keep ownership of the content you transfer. Nerli does not claim ownership of your files, links, or messages.

The Nerli name, visual identity, website, software, and original materials are owned by Nerli or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

06

Availability and updates

We aim to provide a dependable service, but network conditions, browser behavior, device settings, and third-party infrastructure can affect availability. Nerli may be changed, suspended, or discontinued without guaranteeing uninterrupted access.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.

07

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nerli is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free transfers, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Nerli will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

08

Governing law and contact

To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@nerli.network.
